Concept:

There are many significant points in the design of this project. First of all, we should mention the design of 4 facades, while all the facades should have been designed in an integrated way, each facade separately has a different use that should have been considered. The use of brick material as a module that has been used in various aspects of the building has given a very beautiful effect to the collection. The design of the pink pool has been done, which has a view both from inside and outside, and has a separate jacuzzi space and a 4-person bar in the water. Inside, an attempt has been made to create an attractive space for the audience by designing the green space and dragging it into the project. Entrance space in a completely special way and a balcony with a great view of the whole project is also a special feature of this project.
